This is Stadim Light in football field which requiremd high power light and very well light distubition to focus on it .have to using narrow beam angle ,then we try many dialux calculation to meet customer requirement ,also the light weight on the pole is the important consideration, .mean while need save much cost for light . then we choose our XJ-SPA480W with 20° beam Angle.

This is a projects in port,which need very high power highbay to more wide application on the pole , first use XJ-HBS240W highbay but Lux requirments can't reach from customer .then we try our XJ-FLA480W  to finished the calculation . customer accept it well .

This is the football Field in Dubai ,first we suggest use XJ-HBS highbays ,but customer says the orginal is Flood Light ,so it's more convient for installation ,so we use our XJ-FL200W do the calculation .

After sample testing ,XJ-FL100W Flood Light replace MH Lamp success in parking Lot Much brighter ,more safety in driving.

This is a new installtion projects,first we suggest customer use XJ-HBS Highbays,but customer required black housing highbays,fortunately,there are new XJ-HBK highbay as a  good choice , higher light effiecny also ,slim size but more shipping cost save for sure ,gross weight:5.5Kg/pcs  for 130W ,customer very happy with this projects .

XJ-GSL Square highbay ,this is our new patent reserch and development products,it's totally diffirent with the highbay in the market,customer attracted by it's good looking,widely application,6 ways intallation and higher lumen output . first customer take some sample for testing and really love it ,then comes the order 150pcs XJ-GSL100W in their factory.

This project is first test by use our XJ-HBG130W LED high bay light, but after client installed, they found it's too bright, so dim it to 100W.(Our UFO high bay can adjustable the power easily by adjust the screw of Meanwell driver, or you can choose dimmable driver, DALI driver) As we can see before one, the light already become yellow, and can not see the car clearly. Much brighter after use XJ-HBG100W Highbays

This projects is a replacement also,before it's 192pcs 400W MH ,no need replace it one by one So,we help to do the new calculation with new arrange. using 72pcs XJ-HBG150W High Bay(total 10800W) replace 192 pcs 400W metal halides(total 76800W),save up to 86% energy. Perfect replacement and end user very happy with the saving.

HBG240W High Bays being installed at the Pirelli Tire Factory in Brazil.

Here is a project accomplished in 2016 in Indiana,the USA,before were 57 units 250W and 79 units 250W HPS,as well as 58 units 250W and 33 units 400W HPS flood lights.(May,2016) Investor use 57x100W,79x150W Highbay to replace 250W/400W and 58x100W and 33x150W flood light,one to one replacement. Save up to 45.25 KW*h per hour and 362 KW*h per day(8 hours per day),and double FC than before,client is very happy with savings and brightness.

This is a factory project use 600W MH before, because of the application complex that customer want change the lamps location so we did the new lighting design. Simulation was confirmed then sample test first , after one month testing total use 80pcs XJ-HBS150W-2 replaced 96pcs 600W MH. more than 75% energy saving and with brighter lighting result.

This is tennis court project ,first we try use XJ-HBS Highbay with 25° beam angle find that can reach the Lux requirement but not very uniform in whole area ,then we suggest customer to use 90° beam angle to get better uniformity .customer very happy with our professional solution . people have more fun in the games.

Warehouse for Auto parts. Before use 600W Traditional lamps , as lighting result is not bright enough so customer want change LED to become brighter and saving energy. Because the warehouse have many rackings , the distance between two rackings is only around 2mters, so we choose narrow beam angel to Concentrated lighting with 45degree. and the area without rackings use 90degree to Uniformity lighting result.  Finally use our XJ-HBS150W-2 replaced one by one. Not only brighter than before but also 75% energy saving. That's all customer want.

This is a project for steel plant, customer worry about the dust when long time work, After doing some testing, customer accpet our XJ-HBS Highbays, as the dust will not exsit in the light, it will be cleaned by the air convection, also the really good heat disspation control, Finally we use our XJ-HBS150W high bay to replace the 400W Metal halide, up to 63% saving and higher lux level in floor.

Inside football filed in colleague project. Size 127*100M , Total use 160pcs 240W and 40pcs 100W replaced 160pcs 1000W and 40pcs 600W MH. Hange on 9M height . As customer worried the UGR for the filed so we use frosted glass to low the glare. On ground reach 600lux.  After install our lamps  , on ground is too bright , so customer have another requirement want to lighting the two side flag.   We do the lighting design and after customer confirmed, send 32pcs flood light 150W . Finally , it's a perfect result that customer like it very  much!

After months' preparation and negotiation，Canadian end user accpeted our solution to use 92pcs XJ-HBS200W high bay(140 lm/W) for 92pcs 400W metal halides replacement. When all the lights are dimmed to 50% bright,they got same FC than previous 400W,up to 75% energy savings.When use for professional games,they just need to be adjust to higher wattage and can easily achieve the goals.

This is a new installation in Audi 4S store, we suggest customer to use the Polyethy (PC) reflectors to make the application more soft and beautiful, customer very happy with our suggestion, then we start our calculation by using XJ-HBS100W Highbays.

This is a replacement in TNT warehouse by use XJ-HBS200W Highbay to 600W Metal halide one by one. It is really a easy job for our enginner to do the dialux one by one, we know very well about each products in our factory, when projects come we almost know which one is the right power. 48PCS XJ-HBS240W replace 40PCS 1000W traditional MH lamp in a football field at Amercia. Customer show us the project details: 4 poles, height at 60ft,around 18.2m,10PCS traditional 1000W metal halid lamp in each pole. We try to use XJ-HB480W Highbay do the calculation one by one first,find it's not the right choice ,as the light efficiency not higher as our XJ-HBS serires ,also the weight over 15KG/pcs ,the most importantly it's double cost than XJ-HBS240W. Then we use 12PCS XJ-HBS240W each pole, and reach as high as 125ft candles on the ground,eqaul to 1300LUX.it's much better than the 480W we done before ,save energy and save much cost .

This is a new factory installation , Before we doing dialux calculation ,we need to know the size of factory ,like the length,width,height to hang the light and the LUX required. After get all information,we know which highbay is the right choice to help customer save time, save energy and save money.   We find that XJ-HBL150W high bay is the right one,as per client's request,haveto put Mosaics on their faces.

In Serbian theater,customer need more energy save and well light distribution.So change the traditional light to LED Highbays,as in different scene, we can see that it is installed in 2 rooms but with different Lux requirement,warm white installed outdoor,and the rest high bays cool white indoor,  will bring prople into a ocean of music, losing themself in the music.

This is a workshop in Germany ,with 600W Metal Halides,after many years use,the luminous decay faster, we pay much attention to this project ,as we can't believe this is real exist now. first we using our XJ-HBS200W highbay for dialux calculation,but LUX too much higher than customer need,then we try XJ-HBS150W LED High Bay one by one, really excellent calculation .up to 75% saving. customer really happy with our effort .

This is a replace MH lamps into LED Highbays in Russia warehouse. This project is made in Oct, 2014 in a GYM of Australia. As we can see, after long time use, the metal halid lamp has a great light loss, it becomes yellow and dark. first we try our XJ-HBL150W, but the resault shows too much LUX, so we change the calculation to XJ-HBL120W , this is the better solution which customer needed. to provider a brighter environment for people who do sports here.

This project is a inside installation in GYM. We suggest to use frosted glass to make the light more soft, won't be glare and good for eyes.
