This project involved installing our XJ-HBL series LED High Bay Lights in a gym in Germany. To ensure the lighting was soft and non-glaring, we recommended using frosted glass. The customer quickly accepted our suggestion, and we proceeded with the Dialux calculation. The customer was very satisfied with the results. After installation, they remarked that the high bay lights provided excellent light distribution, creating a uniform and pleasant environment for gym users.

In October 2014, we undertook a project to upgrade the lighting in a gym in Australia. The existing 400W Metal Halide lamps had suffered significant light loss over time, becoming yellow and dim. Initially, we tested our XJ-HBL150W High Bays, but the lux levels were too high. We then recalculated using the XJ-HBL120W, which proved to be the perfect solution. In a seafood market in Dubai, high lux levels on the floor were essential. After thorough discussions with the customer and multiple Dialux calculations by our engineers, we provided a solution that met the requirements perfectly. The end customer was very happy with our solution, as the well-distributed and comfortable lighting created an inviting shopping environment. This helped customers save time in selecting the healthy food they needed, enhancing their overall shopping experience.

In a Russian warehouse, we replaced outdated MH lamps with XJ-HBL150W LED High Bays. The original lighting provided very low lux levels, making it difficult for people to work effectively. The customer wanted a one-to-one replacement, so we conducted a professional Dialux calculation to meet their lux requirements using the highly efficient XJ-HBL150W High Bays.

The customer was very satisfied with our calculations, and after the installation, they achieved 63% energy savings and double the lux levels compared to before. The end user was extremely happy with the improved lighting and significant energy savings.

In a significant project at a hockey field in Canada, we successfully implemented our XJ-HBS200W High Bays (140 lm/W) to replace 92 units of 400W metal halide lights. After thorough preparation and negotiations, the Canadian end-user accepted our solution.

By dimming all lights to 50% brightness, the field achieved the same Foot-Candle (FC) levels as with the previous 400W lights, resulting in impressive energy savings of up to 75%. This project involved installing XJ-HBS240W-2 High Bays at the University of Mississippi's rugby field. The field size is 127m x 100m, and we installed a total of 160 units of 240W high bays and 40 units of 100W high bays to replace 160 units of 1000W and 40 units of 600W Metal Halide (MH) lights. The lights are mounted at a height of 9 meters.

To address customer concerns about glare (UGR), we used frosted glass to reduce glare while maintaining optimal illumination. Post-installation, the ground reached 600 lux, which initially seemed too bright. Responding to the customer's additional requirement to light the two side flags, we designed a solution and provided 32 units of 150W flood lights.

The project resulted in a perfect outcome, greatly satisfying the customer with enhanced lighting and functionality across the rugby field and side areas.

Due to the close proximity of rackings (around 2 meters apart), we opted for a narrow 45-degree beam angle to concentrate lighting between racks, ensuring optimal visibility. In this tennis court project in Italy, we initially used the XJ-HBS High Bay with a 25° beam angle. While it met the Lux requirements, the lighting was not uniformly distributed. We then suggested switching to a 90° beam angle to achieve better uniformity across the court. The customer was very pleased with our professional solution, and the improved lighting has enhanced the enjoyment of the games.

A client required high bay lights for his warehouse in Australia, aiming to maximize energy savings by incorporating motion and daylight sensors. We recommended our XJ-HBS200W High Bay Lights equipped with the MC301V sensor. After assisting with sensor setup, the system provided excellent control, meeting the client's energy-saving requirements. The client is highly satisfied with the performance and efficiency of our product.

In a warehouse facility near Barcelona, Spain, our XJ-HBL130W High Bay Lights have replaced outdated 400W Metal Halide fixtures that had been in service for an extended period. Following detailed assessments aligned with the customer's specifications, we determined that the XJ-HBS130W units were the optimal solution. This project involved replacing 400W Metal Halide (MH) lamps in a German steel plant. Typically, a 150W or even 200W high bay would be required to replace a 400W MH lamp due to lower light efficiency. However, with our XJ-HBS130W High Bay, boasting 145lm/W, we achieved excellent results. This factory project initially used 600W Metal Halide (MH) lights. Due to complex application requirements and the need to change lamp locations, we conducted a new lighting design and simulation. After confirming the design and conducting a one-month sample test, the factory replaced 96 units of 600W MH with 80 units of XJ-HBS150W-2. This resulted in over 75% energy savings and significantly brighter lighting, much to the customer's satisfaction.

In May 2016, we completed a lighting project at a chemical plant in Indiana, USA. The project involved replacing 57 units of 250W and 79 units of 250W HPS high bays, along with 58 units of 250W and 33 units of 400W HPS flood lights. The investor chose to use 57 units of XJ-HBS100W and 79 units of XJ-HBS150W High Bays to replace the 250W/400W lights, and 58 units of XJ-HBS100W and 33 units of XJ-HBS150W flood lights for a one-to-one replacement.

This upgrade saved up to 45.25 kWh per hour and 362 kWh per day (assuming 8 hours of operation per day). The new lighting solution also doubled the foot-candle (FC) levels, greatly improving brightness. The client was very happy with the energy savings and enhanced lighting quality.

Our XJ-HBG240W High Bays have been successfully installed at the Pirelli Tire Factory in Brazil. This project showcases the exceptional lighting quality and efficiency of our high bay lights, enhancing visibility and productivity within the factory environment. The Pirelli team is highly satisfied with the improved lighting conditions provided by our XJ-HBG240W High Bays.

In this German project, we replaced 192 units of 400W Metal Halide (MH) lights with our XJ-HBG150W High Bays. Instead of a one-to-one replacement, we conducted a new calculation and arrangement, using just 72 units of XJ-HBG150W High Bays (total 10,800W) to replace the 192 MH lights (total 76,800W). This resulted in an energy savings of up to 86%. The perfect replacement not only provided excellent lighting but also greatly reduced energy consumption, leaving the end user very satisfied with the savings.

In this Australian project, we initially tested our XJ-HBG130W LED High Bay Lights. However, after installation, the client found them too bright and adjusted the power to 100W using the adjustable screw on the Meanwell driver, or they could choose a dimmable or DALI driver for easier control. The previous MH lights had become yellowed, making it difficult to see the cars clearly.
