LED Tri Proof Lamp

The TPA Series is SEEKING’s upgraded tri-proof solution for industrial and commercial spaces. It is built to resist moisture, dust, corrosion and accidental impacts. The optical lens design gives higher efficiency than old-style vapor-tight lamps, which helps reduce the number of fixtures needed in long corridors or production areas.

This LED tri proof lamp is commonly used in factory workshops, underground parking lots, cold storages, subway technical rooms, supermarkets, textile plants and other areas that experience humidity or dirt. The IP66 protection ensures the fixture remains sealed, even in wash-down zones or high-moisture spaces.

SEEKING uses a 2835 LED source with efficiency ranging from 150 to 170 lm/W, depending on the lens angle. The optical lens gathers and distributes light more efficiently, so the fixture outputs more usable brightness while consuming less power. For retrofitting, many customers find they can reduce fixture quantity while still improving light levels.

Yes. The TPA Series covers a wide wattage range from 18W up to 72W across different lengths (600mm, 1200mm and 1500mm models). The power setting is pre-configured before leaving the factory for better stability. SEEKING does not recommend adjusting the wattage on site unless you are trained for it.

Three beam angles are available—60°, 90° and 120°.

• 60° suits high-rack warehouses or tall industrial bays.
• 90° is popular for production lines.
• 120° works well for parking areas, supermarkets and larger open rooms.

This flexibility allows the light spread to match the layout of your building more precisely.

The lamp is rated IP66 for waterproof protection and IK08 for impact resistance. The housing uses aluminum alloy with a PC cover that won’t yellow easily. The sealed, hole-free design prevents insects, dust and moisture from entering the body, which is one of the biggest concerns for traditional tri-proof lights.

The TPA Series supports microwave induction for motion-based energy savings, making it suitable for parking areas or spaces with inconsistent occupancy. Emergency battery modules are also available, allowing the fixture to operate during power outages—an essential feature for cold rooms, industrial plants and public facilities.

You can choose 3000K, 4000K or 5700K, depending on the environment.

• 3000K for warmer retail areas or corridors
• 4000K for balanced indoor work zones
• 5700K for factories or places that require high visibility

All options maintain CRI > 80 for clearer visual recognition.

The lamp is rated L80B20 > 100,000 hours at 25°C, meaning it keeps most of its brightness for many years under typical industrial conditions. SEEKING backs the product with a 5-year warranty, giving project owners long-term confidence.

Absolutely. The tool-free terminal and standard mounting design make replacement simple. Many customers upgrade from older fluorescent tri-proof fixtures to reduce maintenance and energy costs. The TPA Series fits into most existing layouts, making installation quicker and easier for contractors.
