Tri Proof Linear Lamps

The SEEKING TPO Series tri proof linear lamps are built for sites that are simply too tough for ordinary fixtures. The cylindrical body combined with an IP69K rating allows the unit to handle high-pressure washing up to 1450 psi, making it suitable for environments where hygiene and durability cannot be compromised.

The housing uses a fully sealed structure with no openings, helping to block out dust, corrosion, insects, moisture and even fine particles often found in food processing or livestock facilities. For projects that need extra chemical resistance, an optional PMMA housing paired with a 304 stainless-steel end structure is available.

Lighting performance reaches 140–160 lm/W, powered by TRIDONIC drivers and 2835 LEDs. With the quick clip-bracket mounting system, installation is straightforward even in tight spaces. The TPO Series fits well in food factories, breeding workshops, cold rooms, textile plants, supermarkets, and any heavy-duty industrial location requiring a durable waterproof alternative to traditional tube fixtures.

What makes the TPO Series different from regular tri-proof lights?

The TPO Series is designed specifically for harsher conditions. Its IP69K rating means it can withstand high-temperature, high-pressure water jets during cleaning—something standard fixtures usually cannot endure. This rating makes the lamp suitable for strict hygiene environments like food production or livestock farms.

Where are these tri proof linear lamps typically installed?

Most customers use the TPO Series in food factories, animal farming facilities, cold storage rooms, industrial workshops, supermarkets, or textile spaces. Anywhere that sees constant cleaning, steam, or airborne particles, the TPO Series tends to hold up better than standard tube lights.

What beam angle does the TPO Series offer?

All models use a 120° beam angle, providing uniform coverage. Because of the cylindrical lens structure, the light spreads smoothly, making it a good replacement for older fluorescent tubes or bulky enclosures.

How energy-efficient are the lamps?

The TPO fixtures reach between 140–160 lm/W depending on the selected wattage and model. In many industries, this allows businesses to replace traditional waterproof tube fixtures while cutting energy usage significantly.

Can the TPO Series handle chemical exposure?

The standard PC housing works well for most industrial environments. For stronger chemical or cleaning agents—common in food processing—SEEKING offers an upgraded PMMA tube paired with stainless-steel components for better long-term resistance.

How is installation carried out?

The lamps use a simple clip-bracket system. Installers can mount the brackets first, then snap the fixture into place. This is helpful in ceiling-dense areas or suspended mounting situations where space is limited.

Does the TPO Series support continuous row installation?

Yes. Many users in supermarkets or long production lines mount the lamps in rows to create even, uninterrupted lighting. The TPO’s linear cylindrical shape works well for long aisle illumination.

What about the lifespan and maintenance requirements?

The TPO Series uses L80B20 >100,000 hours with TRIDONIC drivers. Because the fixture is fully sealed, there is almost no maintenance required—no cleaning inside the enclosure and no insect intrusion, which is common in openable tube fixtures.

Which color temperatures are available?

The lamps are offered in 3000K, 4000K and 5700K. Warehouses typically choose 5700K for crisp visibility, whereas food processing may prefer 4000K. Warmer tones like 3000K are used less frequently but are available when needed.

Are these tri proof linear lamps suitable for cold storage environments?

Yes. The sealed design and efficient LED platform allow the TPO Series to operate reliably in low-temperature rooms. Many cold storage projects have switched from brittle fluorescent tubes to TPO due to its durability and stable output.
