500w LED High Bay light&500w LED Flood lights

The HBK Series LED high bay light from SEEKING is designed around real industrial working conditions where heat, dust and long operating hours are simply part of everyday use. Built as a 300–500W adjustable package, it can deliver up to 175 lm/W and a maximum lumen output of 80,000 lm, which is enough for large warehouse aisles, high ceiling production halls and mechanical workshops where light levels matter to both safety and efficiency.

Instead of relying on forced cooling or bulky heat fins, the HBK uses a chimney-effect thermal structure where the hot air naturally rises and fresh air flows in from below, creating a continuous cooling cycle. This keeps LED junction temperature in check even during long shifts, so lumen performance remains stable and the risk of early decay is significantly reduced.

Two beam options, 60° and 90°, make the HBK flexible for different heights. Taller storage buildings typically go for 60° to keep the light focused, while lower installations often select 90° for more spread across the working area. In both cases, the beam remains clean and controlled without unnecessary spill.

The housing is cast from high-strength aluminum and sealed to IP65, making the luminaire suitable for dusty production floors, warehouse loading bays and general industrial areas. Combined with its long-life LED platform and 3-in-1 dimming interface, the HBK Series led high bay light aims to reduce energy consumption and routine maintenance at the same time.

What is the HBK Series LED high bay light mainly used for?

The HBK Series is targeted at industrial spaces with high ceilings, including logistics warehouses, fabrication workshops, machinery plants and production areas that require both brightness and long operating hours.

What ceiling height is suitable for this led high bay light?

Most projects fall between 8–20 metres. With the 60° option, the HBK works well in tall aisles and high rack storage; the 90° option suits medium heights and wider open areas.

Can I set different power levels on the HBK?

Yes. The unit is power-adjustable between 300W and 500W, which gives installers more flexibility when retrofitting or matching required lux levels without replacing the whole fixture.

Which driver brand is used inside this model?

SEEKING uses a MOSO industrial-grade driver with power factor ≥0.95, designed for stable operation in long working cycles and variable grid conditions.

Is the fixture suitable for dusty or humid working spaces?

Yes. The HBK is IP65 rated, so it resists airborne dust, general moisture and typical workshop environments. It also carries an IK08 protection level for mechanical endurance.

Will the HBK help lower energy consumption compared with older metal halide units?

In most cases, yes. With up to 175 lm/W, it delivers significantly more illumination per watt than legacy metal halide or sodium lamps, which can reduce operating cost and heat load in large spaces.

Can this led high bay light be dimmed?

The product includes 3-in-1 dimming (0-10V, PWM and resistor), so it can work with many industrial control systems or lighting automation designs used in warehouses.

What is the typical lifetime of the HBK Series?

Under normal conditions, the luminaire is tested for L80B20 >100,000 hours at 25°C. Actual lifetime depends on installation environment and operation hours.

Is the colour temperature selectable?

The HBK is available in 4000K and 5700K. Workshops and inspection areas generally prefer 5700K for visibility, while general warehouse lighting often chooses 4000K.

What kind of maintenance is needed in the long term?

The integrated thermal design reduces thermal stress on LED components, so maintenance usually only involves occasional surface cleaning and electrical checks. No special servicing procedures are required.
