In explosion proof lighting fixture production, many customers customize special lengths of input cables, while the driver comes with a standard cable length of 30CM. Special customization usually requires a minimum order quantity of 500PCS. How does SEEKINGLED manage to accept special length customization even for 1PCS?
First, we insert the cable copper core into HSCT-Heat Shrink Button Connectors, made of 99% purple Copper. We use a special fixture to flatten the copper tube, maintaining high conductivity. Then we use a high-temperature heat gun to shrink the outer layer of Modified polyolefin + PA high-temperature adhesive material, achieving absolute insulation between the neutral wire, live wire, and ground wire. After that, we add another layer of Hus-Heat Shrink Tube with Adhesive, Material:
Outer layer: PE polyolefin (flame retardant) +
Inner layer: EVA adhesive (non-flame retardant).
We then use a high-temperature heat gun again to shrink the Hus-Heat Shrink Tube with Adhesive, allowing the adhesive to bond tightly, with a maximum heat shrink rate of 3:1. This achieves an IP68 protection level. The treated joints can provide a reliable lifespan of up to 10 years and have also passed TUV and VDE reliability certifications.
This process allows flexible small-batch or even single-piece customization while maintaining professional waterproof performance.
