This case comes from a large factory in Europe that needed to modernize its workshop lighting. The building covers a wide floor area, with high ceilings and continuous production lines. In 2024, the owner decided to replace the old high bay fixtures and chose Seeking XJ-HBF200W LED High Bay Light as the new standard for the main production halls.
Instead of doing a small trial, the factory moved directly into a full upgrade and installed 360 pcs of XJ-HBF200W UFO High Bay Lights.
The numbers above are not just for the datasheet. They translate directly into how clearly operators can see machines, tools, parts and safety markings during daily work.
Before the upgrade, the factory was running on traditional metal halide round high bay lights. Over time, the same familiar issues appeared:
Management wanted a stable LED High Bay Light solution that could bring down power usage, keep the light level steady and reduce maintenance pressure. At the same time, they needed to keep an eye on investment costs, so both performance and cost control had to be balanced.
The choice fell on the Seeking XJ-HBF200W LED High Bay Light from the HBF UFO series. This series was designed from the beginning with a clear idea: find a practical balance between optical performance, efficiency, reliability and overall cost.
Some of the main technical and design points:
With 360 pcs installed at appropriate mounting heights across the workshops, the light coverage now spans large production zones, logistics areas and assembly sections.
Once all the XJ-HBF200W fixtures were installed and commissioned, the factory team quickly noticed several changes:
The HBF series LED High Bay Light was developed with large-scale factories in mind. From the start, the design took into account:
Because of this, XJ-HBF200W is particularly suitable for big workshops, fabrication halls and storage areas where many hours of lighting are required every day. It offers a practical mix of high efficiency, reasonable CRI and controlled uniformity without pushing the cost too far.
In this project, Seeking LED High Bay Light XJ-HBF200W was the main product. For other applications, Seeking also supplies a full range of LED Lighting products, including:
If your factory is still running on old metal halide or other traditional high bays, it may be worth looking at a similar LED High Bay Light upgrade. A solution like the Seekingled XJ-HBF200W can help raise lighting quality while improving energy performance and long-term operating costs.
